Infinisource announces acquisition of Ohio benefits administrator
COLDWATER, MI and DAYTON, OH - Infinisource Inc., a national employee benefits administration
and compliance company, has announced the acquisition of Aurora Administrative Solutions of Dayton, OH.
The company, which will be called Aurora Administrative Services, powered by Infinisource, offers
flexible benefits administration, COBRA administration and customized HR solutions to its clients.
Nancy Lee, CEBS, who will continue to lead operations, founded Aurora Administrative Solutions in
1997. Aurora Administrative Solutions' emphasis on extraordinary customer service, high quality,
cost-effective solutions and "an obsession with quality, reliability and service" makes it an excellent
addition to the Infinisource family.
The acquisition further strengthens the capabilities of Infinisource, Inc., particularly in the service
areas of flexible benefits and COBRA administration. The staff of Aurora Administrative Solutions will
maintain its services from Dayton. Infinisource, which is headquartered in Coldwater, MI, also has locations
in Indianapolis, Chicago and Sacramento.
